We are currently hiring an Overnight Customer Support Specialist to join our Member Experience team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located anywhere in the United States (with the exception of Georgia and Florida, unless you currently hold an active Property and Casualty insurance license). About the Role

As an Overnight Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you are the steady, empathetic voice that members count on during the late evening and overnight hours. Whether a pet parent is惊慌, worried, or simply searching for clarity about their policy, you will be the trusted guide who listens, investigates, problem-solves, and acts. This is not a script-reading position; it is a real-life connection-building role that demands curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a passion for helping people and their pets.

You will work full-time hours consisting of five 8-hour shifts per week, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 PM Pacific Time and 6:00 AM Pacific Time. Weekend availability is required, and shifts are scheduled without rotation, giving you consistency and predictability in your overnight schedule. The first seven weeks of employment will consist of comprehensive training held Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM Pacific Time to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, to fully prepare you for success in this role.

  • Deliver Legendary Member Service: Handle sensitive, emotionally charged situations with empathy and care, consistently exemplifying arenaflex values in every member interaction.
  • Navigate Multiple Systems: Efficiently use a variety of platforms and tools to support members, document interactions, and resolve inquiries quickly and accurately.
  • Adapt with Agility: Embrace change in a fast-paced, evolving environment by quickly adapting to new responsibilities, updated processes, and shifting workflow priorities.
  • Problem-Solve Creatively: Approach each member interaction with genuine curiosity, ask thoughtful probing questions, and develop creative solutions that truly address the member's needs.
  • Manage Time Effectively: Balance high call or contact volume with quality service, ensuring every member receives thorough and attentive support.
  • Build Genuine Connections: Adapt your communication style to meet the unique needs of every member, creating trust and rapport even during stressful or emotional moments.
  • Educate Members: Help members understand the unparalleled lifetime value of having their pet protected by arenaflex, and guide them through policy details, claims, and coverage questions.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Overnight Shift Experience: A minimum of 1+ year of experience working overnight shifts, demonstrating your ability to thrive during non-traditional hours.
  • Member-Facing Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, member-facing, or client services role where you built relationships and resolved issues.
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated experience using and learning complex computer systems, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Weekend Availability: Must be available to work full weekends without rotation.
  • Remote Work Readiness: Must have a reliable hard-wired Ethernet internet connection and a dedicated, professional home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work From Home Experience: Prior remote work experience is a plus.
  • Multilingual Skills: Fluency in French or Spanish is highly valued and considered a strong plus.
  • Property and Casualty License: If you currently hold an active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license, you are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus. If you are not yet licensed, arenaflex provides paid coursework and dedicated study time during the first three weeks of P&C training for qualifying states across the U.S.
