Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical link in ensuring that organizational data remains accurate, organized, and accessible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate Data Input and Updates: Precisely enter and update client information, case details, and other critical records into arenaflex's secure database systems, ensuring that all information is captured correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Review and verify the accuracy of data prior to entry, cross-referencing source documents and identifying discrepancies to maintain the highest levels of data integrity.
  • File and Records Management: Maintain, organize, and manage both electronic and paper-based filing systems to ensure that records are easily accessible, properly indexed, and stored in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Report Generation and Data Analysis Support: Assist team members, including legal and administrative staff, with the preparation of reports, data summaries, and analytical outputs as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, administrative professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure data consistency, resolve discrepancies, and support collaborative workflows.
