About the Role

The Online Chat Consultant at arenaflex is more than a customer service representative—you are a subject matter expert, a brand ambassador, and a trusted guide who helps customers navigate complex digital landscapes. Working in real time, you will engage with multiple customers simultaneously through our Click-to-Chat application, delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries, and driving meaningful outcomes that contribute to client success.

This position requires a unique blend of technical navigation skills, sales acumen, and genuine people skills. You will handle diverse customer requests ranging from product information and configuration queries to dealer location searches, brochure fulfillment, test drive scheduling, and promotional campaign details. Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Customer Engagement

  • Lead customers through a wide variety of requests via the Click-to-Chat application, including detailed product information, configurations and availability checks, sales incentives, campaign fulfillment, dealer locations, inventory searches, brochure requests, test drive appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
  • Provide proactive and reactive online chat support for both existing customers and prospective buyers visiting multiple client websites.
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously with professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor, ensuring each customer feels valued and heard.
  • Maintain optimal response times and service levels while managing a high volume of concurrent conversations.

Brand Advocacy and Education

  • Establish genuine rapport with customers and build confidence in the client brand through authentic, knowledgeable interactions.
  • Proactively promote client products, services, packages, and current incentives in a way that generates excitement and motivates customers to take action.
  • Educate consumers via Click-to-Chat and email on current offerings, helping them understand features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Drive customer engagement and contribute to sales conversion metrics by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of state regulations, company policies, and client-specific requirements.
  • Understand and adhere to all compliance standards while delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Document detailed status of all customer interactions, clearly indicating outcomes, follow-up requirements, and any additional actions needed.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping that supports quality assurance, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
