We are seeking a meticulous, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Remote Application Configuration & User Migration Specialist to support a high-impact platform transition project. This is a fully remote, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who excel at fast, accurate typing, demonstrate outstanding communication skills, and thrive in structured administrative environments.

As part of a major Beacon-to-Link migration initiative, our development team is building innovative tools to migrate organizations, accounts, users, and select order components. While some migration processes will be automated, a significant portion requires careful manual configuration by skilled specialists. This is where you come in. If you are passionate about contributing to healthcare innovation, enjoy working with data and systems, and want to launch a long-term career in application administration, arenaflex wants to hear from you.

About the Role

The Remote Application Configuration & User Migration Specialist will work as an integral part of a four-person support team, assisting with the manual creation and configuration of organizations and users within the new Link platform. You will interact directly with end users, including doctors, nurses, and healthcare administrators, helping them transition smoothly to the new system. Your day-to-day contributions will ensure that healthcare providers experience minimal disruption during this critical migration, ultimately supporting better patient outcomes across the country.

This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare technology space. You will be assigned to a division-specific shift, with available shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required to perform the duties of this role effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and efficient manual data entry to build organizations and user accounts within the Link application platform.
  • Execute the configuration of user credentials, account settings, and organizational structures in alignment with project specifications.
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with end users, including healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, to guide them through the transition process.
  • Provide tier-one helpdesk-style support, triaging incoming questions and resolving basic technical or account-related issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while entering large volumes of data at a sustained pace exceeding 40 words per minute.
  • Collaborate with the development and migration team to identify and flag any inconsistencies, errors, or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Document user interactions, account setup procedures, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and organized manner.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project updates to stay aligned with evolving migration requirements.
  • Support divisions during their respective shift hours, ensuring continuous coverage and timely customer assistance.
  • Uphold the highest standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and security while handling sensitive healthcare information.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional business or administrative coursework is a plus.
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with a high degree of accuracy. Candidates will be required to complete a three-minute IKM typing assessment as part of the interview process.
  • Excellent command of the English language, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are especially valued, as this role supports a diverse user base.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to navigate spreadsheets, format documents, and manage data efficiently.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to interact professionally and patiently with clients in a high-stakes environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially when handling sensitive healthcare data and account configurations.
  • Ability to pass a required drug screening prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a tier-one helpdesk or technical support environment.
  • Familiarity with triage processes and structured issue resolution methodologies.
  • Experience working with application administration, user account management, or data migration projects.
  • Exposure to healthcare, clinical, or life sciences environments is a strong plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving project environment with shifting priorities.
