Develop and implement sourcing compliance policies and procedures in alignment with global regulations and ethical standards. Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance risks in the supply chain. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance best practices and policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements. Monitor and track supplier compliance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate compliance standards and expectations to suppliers and hold them accountable for meeting these standards. Collaborate with external partners and industry organizations to promote responsible and sustainable sourcing practices. Foster a culture of compliance by promoting awareness and understanding of ethical and regulatory requirements throughout the organization. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to supply chain compliance. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation. Stay current with industry best practices and proactively identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes and procedures.
