Field Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with department leadership and decision-makers
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations
- Travel to meet departments, present Ireport, and drive deal momentum
- Manage follow-ups, objections, and deal progression through closing
- Collaborate with onboarding to ensure smooth department activation
- Continuously refine sales strategy, messaging, and field execution
Compensation
Structure
- Core product offering typically start around $10,000 and can range up to $15,000, depending on department size, needs, and implementation scope.
- Commission is tied directly to department acquisition and closed revenue.
- Commission percentage is negotiable based on experience, role structure, and expected ownership of the sales process.
- Upside tied directly to performance and sales execution.
