Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing airport teams to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage airport teams to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in customer service or a related field
