Key Responsibilities

Client‑Facing Booking Services

  • Utilize arenaflex’s advanced booking platforms to arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and ancillary travel services.
  • Craft personalized travel itineraries that align with each client’s preferences, budget constraints, and special requirements (e.g., accessibility, pet‑friendly options, or dietary needs).
  • Provide real‑time pricing, availability updates, and alternative suggestions to maximize client satisfaction.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused tone.
  • Investigate and resolve booking discrepancies, payment issues, and travel disruptions (e.g., flight cancellations, hotel overbookings) with speed and professionalism.
  • Document all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring accurate records of communications, payments, and itinerary changes.

Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Stay current on global travel trends, airline and hotel loyalty programs, visa regulations, and emerging destinations.
  • Participate in regular training webinars, certification courses, and peer‑learning sessions offered by arenaflex.
  • Share insights and best practices with fellow agents to elevate the overall quality of service across the organization.

Administrative & Compliance Tasks

  • Maintain meticulous records of all bookings, commissions, and client communications to meet internal audit standards.
  • Adhere to industry regulations, data protection policies, and arenaflex’s ethical guidelines when handling client information.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports that highlight key metrics such as conversion rates, average booking value, and client satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1‑2 years of proven experience in a customer‑focused role, preferably within travel, hospitality, or related service industries.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex travel options into clear, compelling recommendations.
  • Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bookings, payments, and documentation.
