As part of this effort, the Customer Service Content Strategy team crafts the information that both members and support agents rely on to resolve technical questions, troubleshoot device issues, and explore new features.

Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Content Designer to join the Customer Service Content Strategy team. In this role, you will shape the voice, tone, and structure of arenaflex’s Help Center and internal knowledge base, ensuring that complex technical concepts are translated into clear, concise, and actionable guidance for a global audience. Your work will directly influence member satisfaction, reduce support volume, and empower arenaflex’s support agents to deliver world‑class assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end editorial projects: Define content strategy, set measurable goals, develop timelines, and produce regular status reports for large‑scale initiatives.
  • Create and edit customer‑service content: Author and refine Help Center articles, internal knowledge‑base entries, support‑email templates, and other self‑service materials.
  • Maintain consistent style and tone: Ensure all content adheres to a unified brand voice that resonates with a diverse, multilingual audience.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with support operations, localization, legal, product design, engineering, and research teams to gather insights and validate technical accuracy.
  • Develop editorial standards: Build and update style guides, create onboarding documentation, and deliver training sessions for content contributors.
  • Leverage data‑driven insights: Analyze usage metrics, search queries, and support tickets to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and recommend content enhancements.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusivity: Ensure all documentation meets accessibility standards and reflects arenaflex’s commitment to diverse audiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Conduct regular audits of existing content, implement A/B testing where applicable, and iterate based on feedback.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional writing, editing, or content design experience, with a strong emphasis on technical or UI writing for consumer‑facing products.
  • Technical proficiency: Demonstrated ability to explain complex troubleshooting steps, device configurations, and software features in plain language.
  • Platform versatility: Experience authoring content for multiple platforms—including web, mobile, smart TV, and gaming consoles.
  • Information architecture expertise: Skilled in organizing large bodies of knowledge, creating taxonomies, and managing content within CMS platforms.
  • Project management acumen: Proven track record of leading multi‑stakeholder projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
  • Communication excellence: Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation abilities; comfortable communicating with technical and non‑technical audiences alike.
