Key Responsibilities
- Tooling & Automation Leadership: Evaluate, select, and implement tooling and automation frameworks that streamline customer support processes across arenaflex’s engineering organization.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration: Partner closely with pre‑sales engineers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to post‑sales.
