As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our document management ecosystem. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that critical real‑estate titles, financial records, and contractual documents are accurately captured, organized, and readily accessible for internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Capture: Enter, verify, and maintain large volumes of text‑based data with a focus on non‑numerical information, ensuring a 99.9% accuracy rate.
  • Document Transcription & Organization: Transcribe information from title deeds, property records, and real‑estate documents, then systematically file them in both physical and digital repositories.
  • Scanning & Digital Conversion: Operate high‑speed scanners to digitize paper documents, apply OCR technology, and ensure proper indexing for rapid retrieval.
  • Contract Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread contracts, agreements, and ancillary paperwork, adhering to arenaflex’s style guides and compliance standards.
  • Internal Communication Management: Facilitate seamless communication by handling email correspondence, fax transmissions, and internal memos related to document workflows.
  • Quality Assurance & Auditing: Conduct routine audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the legal, finance, and real‑estate teams to understand document requirements and provide timely support for project deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and adopt best practices for data entry processes, contributing to ongoing efficiency gains and technology adoption.

Essential Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of text‑heavy data.
  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute with a high level of accuracy.
  • Document Management Experience: Prior experience in handling legal, real‑estate, or financial documents, including scanning, filing, and archiving.
