Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email
• Create raving fans for blithequark every single day by resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside of the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and quarterly bonuses
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in live chat or phone support
• Knowledge of the lighting industry or online retail

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after a 60-day provisional period. You will also be eligible for quarterly bonuses and commissions on product sales.
