Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team on a part‑time basis. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while leading a team of Customer Service Specialists, Operations Specialists, and Skycap agents. You will be the pivotal link between multiple functional areas, ensuring that operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront of every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with all internal divisions to maintain on‑time performance, employee safety, and passenger loyalty across the network.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Oversee daily airport operations to create a safe, secure, and compliant service environment.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed service targets.
  • Prepare and distribute shift schedules, manage overtime, and ensure accurate labor reporting.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of operational procedures, incident reports, and compliance records.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate critical updates, policy changes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, conducting root‑cause analysis, and recommending process enhancements.
  • Support staff in developing offers and solutions that align with departmental hourly goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role within a customer service or airport operations environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams, schedule resources, and drive performance outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations, customer service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a major airline or aviation service provider.
  • Certification in aviation safety (e.g., OSHA, FAA Part 121).
  • Familiarity with remote work tools such as Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other widely spoken languages.
