Location: Algeria (Remote) About The Role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Algeria to support and grow our business in the Algerian market. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and experienced in scaling paid acquisition campaigns while continuously improving performance and ROI.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns to achieve lead generation and growth targets.
  • Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns targeting the Algerian market.
  • Implement a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
  • Analyze user behavior using different analytics tools.
  • Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition performance.
  • Continuously explore and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Must Have

  • Must be currently based in Algeria.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce is a must.
  • Experience managing campaigns targeting the Algerian market.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
