Responsibilities and Duties

As a Chat Brand Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand with our customers
• Using primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations
• Communicating with customers at a professional level, providing clear and concise answers to their questions
• Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed advice to our customers
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once with ease and efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a deep knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products
• In-depth knowledge of similar products from other brands, with the ability to compare and analyze them effectively
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level
• Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 wpm, and clear communication skills
• Familiarity with golf terminology and industry trends

Compensation and Perks

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere you can connect to the internet. You will be paid on an hourly basis of $15 per chat interaction, with performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards. This is a unique opportunity to earn a competitive income while working in a remote environment.
