Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Novato / Bay Area, California - Remote! We have offices in Novato and Folsom. Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting. Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
