Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – San Diego, California - Remote! Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters and insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation. We have offices in Encinitas and Costa Mesa. Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting. Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
