[Remote] Freshworks Implementation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amtex Systems Inc is seeking a Freshworks Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation of Freshdesk. The role involves configuring ticketing workflows, integrating with third-party systems, and providing best-practice recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Freshdesk, including setup, configuration, and deployment
- Gather and translate business requirements into standard Freshdesk functionality
- Configure ticketing workflows, automations, SLAs, knowledge base, and reporting
- Customize portals, agent experiences, and customer communication channels
- Integrate Freshdesk with third-party systems as needed (APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Provide best-practice recommendations with a “keep it standard” approach
- Support UAT, training, and post-go-live optimization
Skills
- Proven experience implementing Freshdesk in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Freshdesk features, automations, and configuration best practices
- Hands-on experience with the most recent Freshworks/Freshdesk releases and updates
- Experience working without Freshsales or CRM components (support-only implementations)
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions
