[Remote] Manager, Product Marketing (REMOTE)

The Product Manager will lead global downstream commercialization initiatives for the Peripheral Vascular portfolio, focusing on product messaging, launch planning, and sales enablement across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global downstream marketing strategy and execution across global markets to support commercial objectives for the peripheral product portfolio
  • Ensure commercial readiness for new product launches and acceleration initiatives by coordinating across regions and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain global product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and promotional claims that resonate with clinicians, customers, and regional stakeholders
  • Create sales and marketing tools that communicate clinical and economic value, incorporating relevant clinical data, market insights, and competitive trends
  • Drive global launch planning activities, including commercialization rollout, sales tool development, and coordination of supply planning
  • Collaborate with regional teams to support development of localized campaigns and tactics aligned with global brand and commercialization strategies
  • Partner with commercial training teams to equip field teams with impactful messaging, tools, and educational resources that support product adoption and market development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support physician education, product awareness, and ongoing feedback collection
  • Act as a global liaison to regional marketing teams, ensuring alignment of product messaging, sharing best practices, and supporting consistent execution across markets
  • Monitor competitive activity, clinical developments, and market dynamics to support commercialization strategies and product positioning
  • Support ongoing product lifecycle management and market development initiatives across the peripheral portfolio
  • Communicate customer, clinical, and market feedback to cross-functional stakeholders to support commercialization activities and ongoing product development efforts

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, sales or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Combined education and experience will be considered
  • Experience in medical device or healthcare industry is preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align global strategy with regional market realities
  • Confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator with strong presentation and influence skills
  • KOL engagement experience and ability to build trusted clinician relationships that drive credibility and insight
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to simplify complex clinical and technical information for various audiences
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Demonstrated success in leading global product launches, regional alignment, and market development efforts
  • Expertise in crafting compelling messaging strategies, clinical storytelling, and sales enablement tools
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, estimated 30% travel
  • Experience working with or marketing drug-eluting technologies, peripheral vascular interventions, or vessel preparation products preferred
