Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform comprehensive data analysis using industry-standard tools including SQL, R, and Python to extract meaningful insights from large datasets Project Ownership: Manage analytical projects from conception through completion, including problem definition, metric development, data extraction and manipulation, visualization, and presentation to stakeholders Strategic Problem Solving: Address complex and evolving challenges by leveraging existing analytical frameworks and developing innovative approaches to transform broad organizational needs into actionable team objectives Cross-functional Collaboration: Oversee integration of cross-functional project timelines and processes, driving continuous improvement and establishing clear operational goals and metrics Leadership and Influence: Provide guidance and achieve results through effectively leading and influencing the contributions of team members and cross-functional partners Storytelling with Data: Translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and reliability of all data entry, analysis, and reporting outputs through rigorous validation processes and quality checks

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or another related quantitative field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role within a technical capacity
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications
