Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Indirect Procurement Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Procurement Sourcing Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role will support the Indirect Procurement department's objective to implement procurement strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk for the business. Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Manager for Professional Services, the person in this role will lead creation and execution of category procurement strategies for People, Property and Services. Responsible sourcing commodities are Dining, Childcare, Fitness Centers, and Holiday Décor along with additional commodities as needed. What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement multi-year sourcing strategies for responsible spend categories
  • Effectively design and manage all sourcing activities including RFPs and RFQs
  • Support the development and execution of contractual documents including Non-Disclosure, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work and other agreements as necessary to support Procurement and business needs
  • Build and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners to deliver comprehensive and cross-enterprise process improvement solutions
  • Communicate and educate business units and suppliers on current procurement policies and procedures
  • Develop strategies for cost reduction and lead negotiations of all fees, rates, subsidies and any other cost associated with the above commodities
  • Manage req to PO process for the above commodities

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar
  • 2+ years of Toyota procurement or equivalent experience and/or 3+ years of non-Toyota procurement experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables
  • Previous experience creating procurement strategy, annual pricing and planning reviews
  • Exceptional analytic, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgement and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation experience
  • Strong knowledge of contract process
  • Strong excel skills with the ability to manipulate data

Added bonus if you have

  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba
  • Automotive industry experience
