Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter Part-Time (Independent Contractor) — $300 base +uncapped commission We’re looking for virtual appointment setters to make outbound calls to homeowner leads we provide and schedule appointments for our team. This is designed as a supplemental income opportunity with large upsides for the time invested. Pay $300/wk base + $250 per sale (commission) Work Windows to Independent Contractors (tool availability) Mon-Fri -> 4pm-8pm cdt You’ll complete your calling activity within this window. Typical workload: 20 hours/week (many contractors choose to do 4 hours/day, 5 days/week). 20 hours per week to unlock base ... each hour short, deducts $15.
- What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to homeowner data (this is not inbound)
- Follow a proven script and booking process
- Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows
- Accurately log call outcomes and notes in our CRM

- Clear, professional phone voice
- Confident speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and consistent with follow-up
- Organized and reliable
- Appointment setting, call center, or sales experience is a plus
