Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Assist customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, guiding customers through solutions and providing step-by-step instructions.
  • Deliver exceptional service by understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Document and track customer interactions accurately in our support systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and share customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and uphold arenaflex's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of arenaflex products and services.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing technology and customer needs.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
