[Remote] Marketing Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is seeking a Marketing Project Manager – Communications to support high-volume, time-sensitive member and provider communications within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will manage marketing communications projects, campaign operations, and complex approval workflows while being organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, prioritization, and tracking of communication requests in Workfront
• Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status updates
• Update and refine communication templates and content
• Coordinate legal, compliance, privacy, and stakeholder reviews
• Conduct proofreading, quality assurance, and deployment-readiness checks
• Manage production handoffs and timelines with internal teams and external partners
• Support post-deployment corrections, issue resolution, and escalations
• Provide project support for disruption and onboarding communication initiatives
• Track KPIs and prepare reporting for business reviews
• Participate in knowledge-transfer activities

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing communications, campaign operations, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, financial services, or another regulated environment
• Workfront experience is required
• Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven communications or transactional campaigns
• Experience coordinating legal, compliance, privacy, and cross-functional approval processes
• Strong proofreading, quality assurance, and content-management skills
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Experience supporting member, patient, provider, or customer communications
• Familiarity with healthcare or insurance terminology and regulatory requirements
• Experience working with external production or deployment partners
• Knowledge of campaign reporting, KPI tracking, and business-review preparation
