Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Business Analysis and Quality Assurance

As a key member of our Innovation Office, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different teams, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, and People and Finance.

Job Summary
As a Technology Analyst, you will work closely with our business clients to gather requirements and analyze data to inform technical solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems and processes are of the highest quality, and that our employees have the tools they need to succeed. This is a full-time remote position, with a salary of $25/hour and a flexible schedule of 8 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with business clients to gather requirements and analyze data to inform technical solutions
- Ensure that arrangements are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental guidelines
- Manage project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and execution to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication between business and Innovation teams
- Participate in system and acceptance testing
- Scope of work will vary depending on the project team
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, engineering)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think critically and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience with business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry and business analysis in a previous role
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software as a service (SaaS)
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization
