[Remote] Strategic Growth Consultant

As a Strategic Growth Consultant, you will partner with business owners to identify growth opportunities and develop customer acquisition strategies while leveraging Cappio's resources to maximize client success.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a book of business by leveraging Cappio-provided leads, your existing network, referral relationships, and outbound prospecting efforts
- Prospect and engage business owners through a combination of cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Actively work on qualified opportunities provided through the Cappio CRM while developing your own pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Present Cappio's platform and demonstrate how marketing insights can improve business performance
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships that generate long-term recurring revenue
- Generate new business through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals
Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or growth consulting
- Experience developing or executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer relationship management best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with healthcare, legal services, home services, or similar local-service industries
- Existing business relationships and referral networks
