Position Overview
The Remote Nevada Customer Service Representative role is a front‑line position that directly engages patients, clients, and health‑care partners. You will be the voice of arenaflex, educating callers about the benefits of generic medications, facilitating therapy changes, and ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment plans. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Education & Generic Conversion: Explain the clinical and financial advantages of generic medications, guide patients through therapy changes, and support targeted medication conversion projects.
- Adherence Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to verify that patients are taking their medications as prescribed, identify barriers to adherence, and coordinate follow‑up actions.
- Call Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring each interaction resolves the patient’s question on the first contact whenever possible.
- Insurance & Reimbursement Navigation: Apply knowledge of insurance plans, pharmacy benefits, and reimbursement requirements to answer patient inquiries and facilitate smooth prescription processing.
- Collaboration with Specialty Projects Team: Partner closely with the Specialty Projects Team to execute generic conversion initiatives, share insights, and refine outreach strategies.
- Documentation & Escalation: Accurately document call details, identify complex issues, and escalate to pharmacists or senior staff when necessary.
- Compliance & Data Security: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s security protocols, ensuring patient information is protected at all times.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience handling phone‑based inquiries and resolutions.
- At least 6 months of high‑volume call center experience using Windows, Microsoft Office, or comparable applications.
- Residency in the state of Nevada with a reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
