Insurance Administrator

PoloWorks is the leading provider of UK-based support services to the insurance market, and they are seeking an Insurance Administrator to support the processing and analysis of London Market Insurance underwriting data. The role involves ensuring accuracy, meeting performance targets, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Process London Market Insurance underwriting data in accordance with established procedure guides
  • Analyse technical data and calculate technical transactions, including limits, premiums, and deductions

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on service excellence and client experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration
  • Basic understanding of the insurance market, practices, and regulations is desirable
  • Ability to interpret insurance documentation and data, demonstrating foundational knowledge of relevant classes of business is desirable but not essential
