Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow two operations teams and an engineering team across multiple geographic locations, ensuring clear career paths and high engagement.
  • Define and execute a multi‑year roadmap for device services, aligning technical strategy with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—including product, security, reliability, and customer support—to design and deliver robust, end‑to‑end service offerings.
  • Own the end‑to‑end reliability of large‑scale services, establishing Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data‑driven decision making to reduce incident frequency, improve mean time to recovery (MTTR), and enhance overall system health.
  • Champion a culture of proactive incident response, post‑mortem analysis, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure team effectiveness, service reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent arenaflex in external forums, industry conferences, and internal leadership meetings to showcase best practices and thought leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards throughout the service lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience leading Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or software engineering teams, preferably within a large‑scale, consumer‑facing technology organization.
  • Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and inspire first‑level managers and senior engineers, with a history of delivering measurable results.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
  • Ownership Mindset: Strong sense of accountability and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude that drives issues to resolution.
