As a Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional live chat assistance to arenaflex's clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive experience. Your primary duties will include:

  • Engaging with website visitors who have questions or inquiries via live chat
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to common questions and issues
  • Utilizing a document with answers to common questions and seeking assistance from a supervisor when needed
  • Maintaining a reliable internet connection and adhering to arenaflex's quality standards
  • Collaborating with the customer success team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Requirements:
