Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of inquiries, from reservation changes and baggage concerns to technical issues with the arenaflex mobile app.
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams while maintaining ownership of the customer journey until resolution.
  • Document interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Technical Collaboration & Development

  • Partner with the software engineering team to develop proof‑of‑concept (PoC) and minimum viable product (MVP) prototypes that enhance the customer‑service platform.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to front‑end and back‑end development, and help shape cloud‑native architectures on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Debug existing applications, identify root causes, and propose robust fixes that improve system stability.
  • Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to arenaflex’s documentation and software development standards.

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFront.
  • Implement fault‑tolerant architectures, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to ensure high availability.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to optimize performance, reduce latency, and support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Stay current with emerging AWS features and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

  • Develop and execute automated test suites, conduct manual testing, and validate software releases against functional specifications.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and help drive iterative improvements.
  • Provide guidance on documentation standards, ensuring that knowledge bases and SOPs remain up‑to‑date.
