They are seeking a creative and reliable Remote Social Media & Content Coordinator to help manage and grow its social media presence through content creation and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook
  • Manage stories, reels, posts, and daily social media engagement
  • Respond to messages and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote food truck locations, catering services, meal prep, and special events
  • Support content planning and contribute marketing ideas
  • Help maintain a consistent brand image, and posting schedule
  • Monitor social media trends and engagement performance

Skills

  • Fluent English
  • Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business pages
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Basic graphic design skills and/or Canva experience preferred
  • Photography and/or video editing experience is a plus
