The role involves leading the financial planning process for visionary entrepreneurs and business owners, driving sophisticated strategies across various financial aspects while making a significant impact on clients' growth and success.

Skills

• Five or more years in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory, ideally with high net worth or business owner clients
• Deep understanding of tax strategy, investments, insurance, estate planning, and cash flow
• You take responsibility, execute under pressure, and hold yourself to an elite standard
• You simplify complexity, identify leverage points, and create asymmetric outcomes for clients
• You choose intensity. You seek challenge. You are not interested in average
• Comfortable leveraging tools like eMoney, Redtail, Holistiplan, and modern technology to enhance client outcomes
• Credentials such as CFP, CFA, CPA, EA, MBA, or ChFC are strongly preferred
