[Remote] AI Software Engineer – Healthcare Data & Platforms
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elite Connect-Recruitment Services is a growing nursing home organization focused on building core AI and data infrastructure. They are seeking an AI Software Engineer to design and build a centralized AI platform that integrates data from various systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- A centralized data platform integrating multiple source systems (including PointClickCare and Epic)
- AI-driven workflows that automate manual operational and financial processes
- Scalable, cloud-based pipelines and internal tools that give leadership real-time visibility
Skills
- 3–6 years of software engineering experience with a focus on data systems or platform development
- Strong Python; comfortable across SQL and NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and API integrations
- Someone who's built things end-to-end, not just contributed to pieces of larger systems
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, or agent orchestration
- Healthcare data or EHR integration background (HL7/FHIR a plus, not required)
