We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in point of sale (POS) and kiosk experience, with expertise in handheld devices and integrating kiosks with online systems. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive product initiatives from conception to launch. Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute the product strategy for POS and kiosk solutions, aligning with the company's overall objectives. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and prioritize features. ? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. ? Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement. ? Lead the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals. ? Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of product features and enhancements. ? Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred. ? 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on POS and kiosk solutions. ? Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch. ? Experience with handheld devices and training for in-store staff. ? Strong technical background with the ability to understand and integrate complex systems. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without authority. ? Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market trends and customer needs into product requirements. ? Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. ?
