[Remote] Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Inclusify Studio is the first Deaf-led influencer marketing agency, connecting brands with Deaf and hard-of-hearing creators. They are seeking a part-time Influencer Marketing Coordinator to manage influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Creator outreach and relationship management across our 250+ creator network
  • Campaign coordination: contracts, briefs, content review, posting schedules, reporting
  • Client communication
  • Reporting on engagement, reach, and ROI for each campaign
  • Building and improving internal systems (Notion, Airtable, outreach trackers)

Skills

  • Background in communication, PR, marketing, social media, or a related field (agency, in-house, freelance, or running your own creator/brand work all count)
  • Excited to learn and use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) in your work
  • Takes initiative without being told what to do next
  • Genuinely curious about the creator economy
  • Strong written communication
  • Familiarity with Deaf community, ASL, or disability advocacy
  • Experience with creator platforms (Modash, GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ)
  • Personal social media presence
  • Background in DTC, beauty, or lifestyle brands
