Key Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact

  • Review, validate, and enter all price change requests submitted by the merchant organization, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Identify and flag pricing discrepancies, using analytical skills to spot anomalies before they affect the live system.
  • Interpret complex promotional pricing structures and accurately map them into Oracle Pricing and SAP e‑commerce systems.
  • Enter store‑submitted cost and price changes, maintaining a clear audit trail for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to reopen purchase orders (POs) for invoice submission when necessary.
  • Generate, review, and distribute weekly price change reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends and potential issues.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc requests for item maintenance, including new item creation, attribute updates, and data clean‑up.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between merchants, store teams, and internal technical groups, providing timely answers to pricing‑related inquiries.
  • Participate in cross‑training initiatives, supporting additional business divisions throughout the fiscal year to broaden operational knowledge.
  • Contribute to process‑improvement projects, suggesting automation opportunities and workflow enhancements.
