Role Overview

This full‑time, remote position is open exclusively to residents of Texas. You will work from the comfort of your home, handling a blend of inbound and outbound calls, managing appointment logistics, and collaborating with service managers to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role offers a competitive base salary of $15.00 per hour with the potential to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in performance‑based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a call‑center environment, with at least 1 year dedicated to appointment setting or customer service.
