Position Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative role is a full‑time, work‑from‑home position that begins with a comprehensive four‑week on‑site training program at our Cedar Bluff campus in Knoxville, TN. After training, you will join our virtual call center, handling patient inquiries, billing questions, and insurance updates with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.

Core Responsibilities

As a front‑line ambassador for arenaxflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to patients and their families. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Patient Interaction: Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage chat inquiries with a courteous, solution‑focused demeanor.
  • Accurate Documentation: Log every interaction in the ETM (Electronic Transaction Management) system, ensuring that patient records are up‑to‑date and compliant with privacy regulations.
  • Billing & Account Support: Explain billing statements, resolve discrepancies, and guide patients through payment options, including setting up budget plans when needed.
  • Insurance Verification: Update patient insurance coverage, submit courtesy claims, and generate itemized statements.
  • Problem Resolution: Research and resolve billing issues, coordinate with insurance providers, and follow up to guarantee patient satisfaction.
  • Financial Agreements: Negotiate and arrange payment plans, ensuring that patients understand their financial obligations and feel supported.
