The starting wage is $18.85 per hour, which increases to $20.74 per hour on weekends due to a 10% bonus. Work schedules are regular, full-time, and primarily in the afternoons and evenings, including weekends and some holidays. We also offer opportunities for career advancement and skill development. Your Duties: • Promptly identify and resolve members’ urgent needs, prioritizing their safety and meticulously recording all interactions. • Remain composed and sympathetic during high-pressure calls. • Quickly relay critical details to both internal and external teams to expedite responses. • Work collaboratively to ensure smooth service delivery. • Thrive in a target-driven setting where performance is regularly evaluated to improve member satisfaction. Home Office Requirements: • A quiet, uninterrupted work area. • A reliable internet connection with a direct ISP link via Ethernet (not DSL, Satellite, or Hot Spots), with minimum speeds of 25 mbps for downloads and 5 mbps for uploads. We provide a computer and assist with internet costs. • Demonstrated ability to be productive and maintain confidentiality when working remotely. • Consistent attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions. • Availability during standard business hours, with some adaptability for schedule changes. Requirements: • A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. • Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • A naturally empathetic disposition and a strong desire to help those in distress. • High computer literacy, capable of juggling multiple tasks, including typing while speaking and navigating through various programs and screens. • Ability to deliver exceptional service in a call center environment.
