Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. As a real estate manager, you will… • Research new and existing submarkets through broker networks, new market surveys and visits. Meet with landlords and city representatives. Respond to unsolicited site submittals. • Track performance goals and budget. Prepares management and pipeline reports and business plans. Compiles integrated market strategy report, post-analysis report and other special project reporting. • Within a limited scope, manage all aspects of market development. Participates in strategic planning. Updates target lists, maps and target books. Conducts title searches. Analyzes site surveys and leases. Tours regions with visits to competitors and existing sites. Prepares letters of intent, confirmation letters, site surveys requests, pro formas and site submittals.
