What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology. You'll also work with customers' sensitive information, apply the latest customer happiness practices, and maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services. Additionally, you'll communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent Swedish, Danish B2, and English B2 level: You'll be working with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds, so proficiency in these languages is essential.
  • Basic technical understanding: You'll need to grasp technical concepts and terminology to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical and research skills: You'll be required to analyze customer issues, research solutions, and provide effective support.
  • Self-management skills: As a remote worker, you'll need to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Positive and responsible attitude: You'll be representing arenaflex and our clients, so a positive and responsible attitude is crucial.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload): You'll need a reliable device and internet connection to work effectively from home.

Nice to Have:

* Experience in customer service: If you have experience in customer-facing roles, you'll have a head start in this position.

  • Experience with CRM systems: Familiarity with CRM systems will help you navigate our internal tools and processes.
