Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with clients and dealers remotely via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Capturing lead information, analyzing data, and drawing key insights from analytics to inform business decisions
  • Executing client visions and strategies, and providing feedback on program improvements
  • Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Assisting in additional ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Time management and superior organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with various computer programs, including CRM software, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Less than 1 year of relevant industry experience, or relevant experience in an internship or campus club/organization (if a recent grad)
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business
  • Previous customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
