What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Here are some of the key qualifications and skills we're looking for:

  • Diploma of College Studies (technical DCS) in a relevant field: Or other combinations of relevant training and experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience: In a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of French: Required, as you will be working with French-speaking members and clients
  • Advanced level proficiency in English: May be required for certain positions, depending on the nature of the duties or work tools
  • Work arrangements: Vary depending on the position, but may involve hybrid work or telework
