Join Our Team

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in supporting customers of a leading streaming media and entertainment company. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide personalized solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support

  • Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming services
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Utilize CRM applications to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and timely solutions to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment

  • Experience working with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of streaming services and technical support procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
