You will dive deep into infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles, utilizing advanced tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi to automate deployments, manage configurations, and ensure consistency across our diverse cloud estates. A significant part of your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, DevOps specialists, and project managers, to integrate cloud services seamlessly into application architectures and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud services and applications.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate cloud solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, cost optimization, and security compliance.
• Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including IAM, network security, and data protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within cloud environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure high availability of critical systems (if applicable).
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Engineer).
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
