Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist passengers with the tagging and registration process

• Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
• Handle the registration process to ensure that passengers have the necessary documentation for travel
• Label baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve moving baggage from scales to transport lines
• Practice security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and system
• Use computers to assist passengers with seat availability, gate announcements, loading process, flight status, checking and handling baggage, and managing and starting the loading process
• Work in a team environment to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Spanish, both written and spoken
• Ability to lift bags or objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and 50-70 pounds occasionally
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper punctuation, tone, and articulation
• Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
