Experienced IT Business Analyst – Data Entry and IT Administration for arenaflex's IT Offices Group

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational sustainability of our airport communication spaces, providing expert services, project management, and support to guarantee the functional maintainability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces.

Our IT Offices Group is responsible for providing IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, monitoring, and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate gear.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Providing IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, monitoring, and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate gear.
• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications.
• Remote coordination with professional services responsible for basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms.
• Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all basic infrastructure equipment for server farm and remote communication room gear.
• Development of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
• Support IT Offices ground fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, standards, and methods.
• Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate policies and procedures.
• Project management of server farm and remote communication room guidelines capital upgrades, updates, and improvements.
• Determination of IT and basic infrastructure services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations.
• Oversees the planning, execution, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
• Providing proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm gear.
• Functional sustainability of airport basic climate framework.
• Develop Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems.
• Remote coordination of airport basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities.
• Survey/Store Support Records. Ensure discrepancies are remediated.
• Provide remote Incident Management goal to airport basic hardware.
• Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support.
• Maintain strict adherence to change control procedures.
• Balances multiple needs within established time limits
• Adaptability to assist an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability to work requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Consistently focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal information.
• Embraces diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles.

What will give you an upper hand (preferred qualifications)

* IT Project Management experience (at least 3 years) within a high availability communication room or server farm operating environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.

• Experience with server farm technology and basic infrastructure systems.
• Strong understanding of IT project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and other IT service management frameworks.
