Job Summary

As an Experienced Business Development Manager – Corporate Travel Solutions at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our corporate travel management efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strategic relationships with key clients. With a strong focus on business development, sales, and customer service, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead our corporate travel management efforts, driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with key clients

  • Develop and execute local sales plans to meet corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is positioned competitively in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and business development, to drive sales efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Analyze sales data, commissions, and agreement performance to identify trends and develop strategies to maximize revenue and market share
  • Manage time and resources effectively, prioritizing tasks and projects to drive business growth and minimize costs
  • Prepare and execute sales calls, meetings, and presentations to drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth

Work Experience, Education, and Skills

* 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred qualifications:

+ Earlier airline experience + Familiarity with and use of travel industry data sources like Sabre and Amadeus + Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results for the benefit of the organization + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with other teams and workgroups + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to competing demands and priorities
