About the Role

As a Specialized Program Manager, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. You'll also be responsible for driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and implementing business suggestions based on 3PDC data.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, identify, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaled expectations, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, recognizing, and following up on opportunities to move forward

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience

• 3 years of experience with program management, Google Translate Data Entry Jobs
• 3 years of experience overseeing cross-functional or cross-group projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and controlling information collections using SQL, Google Translate Data Entry Jobs

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience overseeing large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners both technical and non-technical individuals, Google Translate Data Entry Jobs

• 3 years of experience with specialized program/project management jobs, Google Translate Data Entry Jobs
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within at least one group to drive impact and work towards shared objectives, Google Translate Data Entry Jobs
• Excellent analytical, information perception, and decision-making abilities

Skills and Competencies

* Strong program management skills, with experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvement through data analysis
• Experience with cloud data analytics and operations, with a strong understanding of 3PDC data
• Strong project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
